Cottage Inn Chocolate Truffles 1/2 cup butter 2 cups confectioners sugar 1/2 cup cocoa 3 Tbsp. heavy cream or your favorite liqueur ( I use Hazelnut Liqueur) Blend all ingredients in mixing bowl. Roll into small balls, then in 2 Tbsp. cocoa to coat. These resemble the coveted truffles of France.
