French Silk Pie

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter- soft
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate - melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Beat butter and sugar, add chocolate and vanilla. Blend well, smooth and not gritty. Add eggs, one at a time until smooth. Pour into prepared crust.

Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate, refrigerate several hours.
