Gambas al Pil Pil (Spicy Shrimp) (Basque language is impossible to understand, but lots of words are repeated) Olive oil Heat olive oil, add garlic, red pepper flakes, and paprika. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Raise the heat and add the shrimp, lemon juice, and sherry. Stir until shrimp are pink. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with toothpicks.
